Designed for welders, metal fabricators, mechanics, and maintenance professionals, this 60-grit flap disc delivers aggressive stock removal while producing a smoother finish than traditional grinding wheels. Its Type 27 profile provides excellent control for grinding and blending at 5°–15° angles, making it ideal for steel and stainless steel fabrication.
Premium zirconia abrasive cuts up to three times faster than fibre resin metal sanding discs while providing up to 15 times longer service life, helping reduce downtime and disc changes. The contaminant-free design is suitable for stainless steel applications, while the durable fiberglass backing provides strength, stability, and reliable performance on demanding jobs.
