The Makita 18V LXT Brushless 1/2″ Impact Wrench delivers the fastening power needed for equipment maintenance, steel fabrication, automotive work, service trucks, and industrial applications while remaining compact and lightweight for all-day use. Producing up to 240 ft. lbs. of fastening torque and 430 ft. lbs. of nut-busting torque, it provides the power required for stubborn fasteners without the bulk of larger high-torque models. The brushless motor delivers excellent power while generating less heat, helping extend runtime and tool life during prolonged use. Four impact power settings allow operators to match performance to the task, improving fastening accuracy and reducing the risk of damaging fasteners or materials. Auto-stop modes in both forward and reverse automatically stop rotation at preset levels to help prevent over-tightening, under-tightening, or dropped fasteners during removal. Built for demanding jobsite conditions, Makita’s eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) helps protect internal components from dust, debris, and moisture. A variable speed trigger with full-speed mode reduces trigger travel for improved productivity and reduced fatigue, while twin LED work lights improve visibility in dimly lit work areas. Compact at just 5-5/8″ long and weighing only 2.7 lbs., this impact wrench is well suited for working in confined spaces where larger impact tools cannot easily reach.
