The Makita 18V LXT Brushless 5-7/8″ Metal Cutting Circular Saw is ultra-compact and lightweight, delivering powerful and precise metal cutting with a 2-1/4″ cutting capacity. Designed for channel, conduit, sheet metal, square tubing, angle iron, and more, it features a built-in dust box for improved metal chip collection and easy disposal. Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) adjusts speed and torque based on load conditions, while eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) safeguards against dust, debris, and liquids. A brushless motor ensures high efficiency with minimal heat buildup, and safety features include an electric brake, soft start, LED job light, and a large lock-off safety lever. The stainless steel base plate and ergonomic rubber grip provide durability and comfort for extended use.
