The MAX RB613T TWINTIER Rebar Tying Tool helps concrete contractors tie reinforcing steel faster on commercial foundations, precast plants, bridge projects, retaining walls, tilt-up construction, and other demanding rebar installations. Designed for #5 x #5 through #9 x #10 rebar combinations, this cordless rebar tying tool delivers consistent ties in approximately half a second, increasing productivity while reducing the physical effort and time required for manual tying.
TWINTIER technology precisely controls wire usage to help reduce material costs while producing up to 5,000 ties per battery charge. A larger jaw capacity than most battery-powered rebar tying tools provides greater versatility across a wide range of reinforcing applications, while the wire loading assist mechanism and reduced-effort trigger improve efficiency throughout the workday. The shorter tie profile also helps minimize the amount of concrete required to cover each tie, making the RB613T an efficient solution for high-volume reinforcing work.
