The MAX RB611T TWINTIER Rebar Tying Tool is designed to speed up reinforcing steel installation on commercial concrete, infrastructure, and industrial construction projects. Built for tying #5 x #5 through #9 x #10 rebar combinations, this cordless rebar tying tool produces fast, consistent ties in approximately half a second, helping concrete contractors complete foundations, bridge work, precast concrete, and retaining wall projects more efficiently than manual tying.
TWINTIER technology uses a dual-wire feeding system to increase tying speed while dispensing only the amount of 19-gauge wire needed for each tie, helping reduce wire consumption and operating costs. The large-capacity jaw handles demanding rebar combinations, while the Quick Load Magazine minimizes downtime between wire changes. An enclosed magazine helps protect internal components from dust and debris, and the shorter tie profile requires less concrete cover, making the RB611T a productive and durable solution for high-volume reinforcing work.
