The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo™ Concrete and Masonry Screw Anchor is designed for fast, reliable anchoring into concrete, brick, block, and masonry while eliminating many of the frustrations common with traditional concrete screws. Its patented Torque Reduction Channel clears drilling dust away from the threads to reduce binding, stripping, and anchor breakage while maintaining strong holding power. The reverse-thread design installs smoothly with less driving torque, making these anchors an excellent choice for impact drivers and cordless drills.
A serrated screw point cuts quickly into concrete and masonry while helping start wood-to-concrete and wood-to-wood fastenings with less effort. Unlike many concrete screw anchors, the Titen Turbo installs with a standard ANSI drill bit, eliminating the need for matched-tolerance bits. The zinc-plated carbon steel construction with a ceramic coating provides corrosion resistance for dry interior applications, making these anchors ideal for securing framing, sill plates, furring strips, electrical fixtures, brackets, shelving, and other general construction applications.
