The Freud 1/2″ Quadra-Cut Radius Rounding Over Bit (34-116) is the perfect solution for softening sharp edges and adding bold, rounded profiles to furniture, doors, drawers, and moldings. Featuring Freud’s exclusive Quadra-Cut® design-two cutters for shaping and two for finishing-it delivers flawless, splinter-free results, even when cutting across the grain. For added versatility, it can be converted to a beading bit with a smaller bearing. This bit is ideal for use in CNC, hand-held, and table-mounted routers and cuts cleanly through hardwood, softwood, plywood, and composites. The Perma-SHIELD® coating helps reduce heat and pitch build-up, extending tool life and improving cut quality.
