PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Makita 40Vmax XGT Brushless Grease Gun is designed to simplify lubrication of heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, fleet vehicles, construction equipment, conveyor systems, and industrial machinery. With up to 10,000 PSI operating pressure and a brushless motor engineered for stable grease delivery under increasing load, it provides consistent performance in demanding maintenance applications. The variable speed trigger and discharge speed selection allow operators to match grease output to the application, while the integrated preset counter dispenses a fixed quantity of grease for improved consistency and reduced waste. An LCD status display provides quick access to operating information, helping improve efficiency during routine maintenance. Compatible with standard 14.5 oz. grease cartridges or up to 16 oz. of bulk grease, the grease gun offers flexibility for shop, fleet, farm, and field service work. The redesigned housing and optimized grease flow path help reduce air lock issues during cartridge changes, while the air lock detection system further improves reliability and uptime. Built for harsh working environments, Makita’s XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology) enhances resistance against dust and moisture, making it well suited for outdoor equipment maintenance and construction applications. A 47-1/4″ flexible hose improves access to hard-to-reach grease fittings, while twin LED lights illuminate dark service areas.
