Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Any cancellation or return must be approved by Contractor Cave (at its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking or other charges. Please call 519.421.3332 or E-mail Contractor Cave for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer unless we tell you to do so. We do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, and electrical parts.

You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at 519.421.3332. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at Contractor Cave. We will discuss return shipping options when you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
