Description
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Freud 1/4″ Down Spiral Bit (76-102) is engineered for chip-free cuts on the top surface of single-sided veneers, laminates, and solid wood. The down spiral geometry forces chips downward, delivering a smooth, splinter-free finish where surface quality matters most-making it perfect for grooves, dadoes, and clean through-cuts in delicate materials. Made from Freud’s Premier Solid Carbide and coated with Black I.C.E., this bit maintains a cool cutting edge and exceptional chip evacuation. Ideal for CNC routers and suitable for hand-held or table-mounted use with proper control.
