The Freud 1-3/4″ Adjustable Tongue & Groove Bit Set (99-036) is the go-to solution for building precise tongue and groove joints in cabinetry, doors, and paneling. This set features opposing shear angles to eliminate chipping on both top and bottom surfaces, delivering a flawless finish every time. Its unique spacer system allows micro-adjustments in 0.002″ increments to fit material thicknesses from 1/2″ to 1-1/4″ and groove widths from 7/32″ to 3/8″. Designed for use in table-mounted routers, these bits are built with Freud’s TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide and protected by Silver I.C.E. coating for cooler operation and extended tool life.
