PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The MAX RB443T TwinTier GEN2 Rebar Tying Tool is designed for fast, consistent tying of welded wire mesh and rebar combinations from #3 x #3 through #7 x #7. It completes a tie in less than half a second and provides up to 5,000 ties per charge, making it well suited to slabs, foundations, precast work, tilt-up panels, retaining walls and other high-volume reinforcing applications.
TwinTier technology feeds two strands of 19-gauge wire simultaneously, while the wire pull-back mechanism controls the amount used for each tie. A separate bending mechanism keeps the finished tie low against the reinforcing steel. The slim arm reaches tighter layouts, while assisted wire loading and an enclosed magazine help reduce downtime and protect internal components from debris.
