The MAX RB823T TWINTIER Rebar Tying Tool is built for tying large reinforcing steel quickly on heavy commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and civil construction projects. Designed for #7 x #7 through #14 x #14 rebar combinations (and up to #18 x #8 where applicable), it delivers fast, consistent ties in about half a second, helping concrete contractors, bridge crews, foundation builders, and rebar installers complete reinforcing work significantly faster than manual tying.
TWINTIER technology automatically feeds the precise amount of 19-gauge wire needed for every tie, reducing wire waste while delivering approximately 4,100 ties per battery charge. The large-capacity jaw handles some of the biggest rebar combinations available in a battery-powered tying tool, while the load-assist wire loading system and reduced-effort trigger help improve productivity and operator comfort during long workdays. By reducing repetitive hand tying, the RB823T also helps lessen physical strain while increasing consistency across large concrete pours.
