PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The PEARL EXV High Density MAXIDISC is a 5″ Type 27 zirconia flap disc for grinding, blending, sanding, and finishing steel, stainless steel, iron, and other ferrous metals. Its aggressive 40-grit abrasive is well suited to weld removal, deburring, surface preparation, and medium-to-heavy stock removal.
The high-density flap design provides 35% more abrasive material than PEARL’s standard EXV disc for longer working life. A semi-flexible backer helps the disc follow flat and slightly contoured surfaces, making it a practical option for fabrication, repair, and general metalworking where both cutting performance and value matter.
