PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The PEARL Redline DCRED60 is a 6″ Type 27 grinding wheel for weld dressing, deburring, and material removal on steel, stainless steel, iron, and other ferrous metals. Its 1/4″ thickness and 24-grit MAX A.O. abrasive provide aggressive grinding performance for fabrication, repair, and general metalworking.
PEARL’s MAX A.O. abrasive and premium resin bond are engineered to grind cooler with less vibration than conventional aluminum oxide wheels. The manufacturer rates the abrasive as 33% more efficient than standard aluminum oxide, helping improve grinding speed while reducing wheel chatter and operator fatigue.
