The Simpson Strong-Tie WSV3S Strong-Drive WSV 3″ Collated Subfloor Screws are engineered for fastening wood subfloor sheathing with compatible QUIK DRIVE auto-feed systems. Their point and thread design reduces driving resistance for faster installation, less tool wear, and more screws driven per battery charge.
A deep T25 six-lobe ribbed head improves bit engagement and countersinks cleanly into the panel surface. The screws provide strong withdrawal and lateral resistance to help pull subfloor panels tightly against joists, reducing gaps that can contribute to floor squeaks. Unlike nails, they can also be backed out when future access to the floor cavity is required.
