PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The WALTER ENDURO-FLEX 5″ 40-Grit Flap Disc combines aggressive material removal with weld blending on steel and stainless steel. Its self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain maintains cutting action as it wears, making it suited to weld grinding, deburring and surface preparation.
The ECO-TRIM backing can be trimmed back to expose more usable abrasive as the flap overhang wears down, extending disc life. It also absorbs vibration for more comfortable grinding. MAX LIFE cold-cured glue avoids exposing the abrasive grain to manufacturing heat, helping preserve cutting performance. This disc has a 7/8″ arbor hole and a maximum speed rating of 12,200 RPM.
