The Freud 1/4″ Double Flute Straight Bit (04-110) delivers smooth, efficient performance for grooving, edge-routing, and general-purpose routing applications. With a 1″ carbide height and extended 2-7/8″ overall length, this bit is ideal for deeper cuts or when extra reach is needed. Featuring two precision-ground cutters and a relieved tip for effective plunge cutting, it handles hardwood, softwood, plywood, and composites with ease. Freud’s Black I.C.E. coating and TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide ensure cooler operation, cleaner cuts, and up to 2X longer life than uncoated alternatives.
