The DEWALT DWAFE6ADPT12 ELITE SERIES 1/2″ Drive x 6″ Socket Adapter converts a 1/4″ hex impact driver or drill driver into a 1/2″ square-drive tool for use with compatible sockets. Its extended 6″ length provides added reach for recessed fasteners and other applications where a standard adapter is too short.
A ball detent securely retains the socket during use while still allowing quick, tool-free socket changes. The impact-rated 1/4″ hex shank is built for demanding fastening work and fits standard quick-change chucks.
