PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Freud 3/8″ Quadra-Cut Radius Beading Bit (36-114) is ideal for adding an elegant bead detail to furniture, cabinetry, and architectural millwork. Designed with Freud’s Quadra-Cut® technology-two cutters for shaping and two for a smooth finish-this bit produces crisp, clean profiles even on end grain. It features a bearing that creates an inset bead at the bottom of the radius. To switch to standard rounding over without the bead, simply swap in a Freud 62-104 bearing with a 62-313 step washer. Designed for use in hand-held or table-mounted routers, it cuts smoothly through hardwood, softwood, plywood, and composites. Freud’s Perma-SHIELD® coating helps reduce heat and pitch buildup for cleaner cuts and longer bit life.
