This genuine Milwaukee pad is used to hold 5 inch Hook and Loop sandpaper with 8 vacuum holes. When a pad needs to be replaced, simply remove the four screws that hold the pad to the sander, then replace it with a new pad. Replacement sanding pad for Milwaukee sander 2648-20.
