The Knipex 8″ CoBolt® High Leverage Compact Bolt Cutters (Notched Blade) deliver exceptional cutting power with 60% less effort than conventional high-leverage diagonal cutters. Designed for maximum efficiency, the lever action design enhances force application, making it ideal for cutting bolts, nails, rivets, and wires up to 1/4″ (6.0mm) in diameter. The induction-hardened cutting edges (approx. 64 HRC) ensure long-lasting sharpness and durability, while the notched blade recess provides a secure grip on thicker wires, preventing slipping. A gripping surface below the joint allows for gripping and pulling wires as small as 3/64″. Made from forged, multi-stage oil-hardened chrome vanadium heavy-duty steel, these compact cutters are built for professional-grade performance and reliability.
