The Milwaukee 2787-22HD M18 FUEL 1-1/2″ Magnetic Drill Kit delivers cordless drilling performance for structural steel fabrication, mechanical installation, industrial maintenance, and commercial construction. Designed to drill up to 1-1/2″ annular cutter holes and 1/2″ twist bit holes, this cordless magnetic drill combines the power of a corded mag drill with the freedom to work wherever steel fabrication and installation take place. Its self-powered permanent magnet base delivers exceptional holding force on steel, providing a safer and more dependable drilling platform on the jobsite.
Powered by a Milwaukee POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, the 2787-22HD drills faster than leading corded magnetic drills while producing over 66 holes per charge with the included M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC8.0 batteries. The permanent magnet base remains engaged even if battery power is lost, while Auto-Stop lift-off detection automatically shuts down the motor if excessive drill movement is detected to help improve operator safety. REDLINK PLUS Intelligence continuously protects the tool and battery from overload and overheating, delivering reliable performance for demanding steel drilling applications.
